Case study overview
Duch Foods manages a production operation with more than 80 finished items. Its daily workflow spans raw-material purchasing, production planning, recipe-based material issues, finished-goods receipts, distribution, returns, collections, staff operations and financial reporting.
Upheld Solutions developed a custom Laravel application that brings these workflows into one role-controlled system. Stock movements remain traceable from raw materials through production and finished-goods distribution, while management can review operational, workforce and financial activity from a shared platform.
